Jesmonite AC730 is a rapid setting acrylic modified cementitious composite. The system is primarily designed for glass reinforced, lightweight, hand laminated decorative applications, but it can also be used for small decorative castings.

Information

Shrinkage compensated for material of low permeability
Durable in all conditions of external weathering including water features.
Reduced free-lime content, with low alkalinity,
leading to major reductions in efflorescence in comparison with ordinary Portland cement systems.
Contains a fine decorative aggregate and powder pigments, carefully controlled to give a consistent decorative surface finish after treatment with a proprietary brick cleaner or acid etch.
Available in a ‘Gel Coat’ format offering increased viscosity.

Scalability & Fixing

Some of our products are suitable for larger scale architectural applications and detailed panelised formats including external decorative features. Jesmonite cladding panels can be affixed in a fashion akin to conventional GRC or concrete systems.

AC730 can be sealed using Jesmonite Flexiguard or Penetrating Sealer (dependent on application) to create a water and stain-resistant piece, for scaled applications AC730 can be combined with AC730 Spray Liquid to allow the product to be utilised with a spray gun, therefore speeding up the prospective application.

Our bespoke colour-matching service is available for this product, which utilises our industry-leading colour-matching team who can analyse the pigmentation of many objects/surfaces and provide a custom blended AC730 base for your use. MOQ 500kg.
